English News - Centara Hotels and Resorts Management Team appreciates staff rescued the guest from heart attack
Khun Thirayuth Chirathivat – Chief Executive Officer Centara Hotels and Resorts presents the recognition award to Khun Watchara Gatemanee – Security Manager of Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok who did the First Aid and CPR to our guest who had the heart attacked. With the professionalism in first aid and life rescue skill, Watchara used the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) together with his CPR (Cardio Pulminary Resuscitation) skill to help the guest and recovered him before the ambulance arrived.
Executive Management Team expressed the appreciation and compliment to Khun Watchara Gatemanee for being the representative of the Hotel to help the guest in emergency case and exceed guest’s satisfaction. Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok organize the compulsory training at least 2 times per year for first aid and CPR practice to all staffs. The Hotel pointed this as a significant skill for all staff to be able to help the guests and colleagues from any emergency situation.
